good for quick rides after work
I didn't buy this to go crazy off road or anything. I just wanted something fun to ride after work when I don't feel like driving. The X1 has been good for that. It's quick enough to make the ride fun but not so much that I feel nervous every time I touch the throttle. I've taken it through my neighborhood, around a school parking lot, and over some grass by my place. It does what I need.
