Shipping policy

Delivery Zone

We currently only deliver to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Enjoy free economy shipping within the continental US only. Expedited shipping will incur additional charges.

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping fees for standard shipping; it is free of charge.

Couriers

Currently, we use FedEx or UPS for all our shipments. We regret to inform you that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes at this time.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)

  • Transit time: 2-7 business days (Monday - Friday)

If all items in your order are in stock, your order will typically ship within a week, unless otherwise specified on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to reach its destination.

Please note that all delivery dates provided by ATB Bike LLC are estimates, and the actual delivery date may vary.

Order Tracking

If you are a registered user, you can track your order and shipping information by logging in at www.atbbike.com. If you have not registered for an account with us, you can still track your order by entering your tracking number on our website. For any shipping-related inquiries, please send an email to support@atbbike.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Shipping Status

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, rest assured that we are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we will ensure that your items are delivered within that timeframe.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us promptly. Please note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it, even though the tracking status indicates that it has been delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your shipment. Once the carrier has confirmed delivery, we have limited control over the item. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@atbbike.com, and we will assist you further.
