Do you service e-bikes you didn't sell?
Yes. We service every brand of electric bike, including bikes bought online and bikes from brands that are no longer in business. You do not need to have bought it from us.
My Rad Power / Pedego / Electric Bike Company bike has no support anymore. Can you still fix it?
Yes. Rad Power filed Chapter 11 and its assets were sold to Life EV (closed March 5, 2026) — bikes bought before that date are no longer covered by the original factory warranty. Electric Bike Company filed Chapter 7 liquidation. The Pedego store in Irvine has closed. The bikes still work, and we still service them. Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. If you want to check whether we can take on your specific problem before driving over, call us at (626) 652-7233.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Sunday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
Can I ride a bike before I buy it?
Yes. We keep bikes on the floor you can ride before you decide. Every bike we sell is assembled and safety-checked by our own mechanics before it leaves the shop.
What kind of repair work do you do?
Full mechanical service — brakes, drivetrain, wheels, tires, bearings, headset — plus assembly, safety checks, and battery diagnostics. We give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Is there anything you don't work on?
Yes, and we would rather say so up front than waste your trip. We don't rebuild proprietary controllers or take on deep electrical work for brands we don't stock parts for, and we don't keep batteries in the shop overnight. If your problem is one we shouldn't take on, we will tell you on the phone.
I bought an e-bike online and it arrived in a box. Can you assemble it?
Yes. Home assembly is where most problems start — loose battery mounts, untrued wheels, half-seated connectors. Bring it in and we will assemble it properly and run a full safety check.
